Propose an IMPROVEMENT to the platform (a feature or idea). Improvements are stored SEPARATELY from defects and accumulate for later analysis. Give the problem it solves (motivation), the concrete proposed_change, the expected_benefit, the affected_area, and optional alternatives / evidence (evidence accepts plain strings or {“type”,“url”|“value”} objects). Returns {“accepted”: true} when taken, or {“accepted”: false} if it could not be accepted.

Пример вызова

Отправляется внутри инициализированной MCP-сессии (см. Подключение). Каждый параметр показан типизированной заглушкой; необязательные можно опустить — но для инструментов дефектов/задач именно QA-поля спасают отчёт от карантина.

Если не работает

`403` / ошибка capability	У токена нет capability или гранта на контракт	Сначала `my_capabilities`; грант запрашивается у владельца
